Melons are fantastic for hydrating the body, so if you suffer from migraines or headaches then these are important to have in your diet. They also help with anyone who has inflamed nerves too.
For your body to become healthy, it needs many alkalising foods, including tons of fruits and veggies. Melons are right up there at the top as being one of the most alkalising foods! Be sure to add in tons of melon this season if you’re suffering with any stomach / gut issues, Liver issues, PTSD, ADHD, Acne, Depression, Anxiety, UTI’s and diabetes. Spiritually speaking, the most beautiful thing about melon is that it reminds us that there are always greater forces at play. Even when we don’t see what’s going on around us. The way that melon is already pre-digested means that something greater happened to it even before it reaches our lips. Because melons are pre-digested, it’s a good idea to eat them either on their own or at least 30 minutes before another meal. Which means its also a great idea to eat as many of them as possible in one go! Do not be afraid of fruit - it is your friend, your partner in wellness and freedom. There is no such thing as too much fruit.
