When I’m working along side a client, we always look at what thoughts they hold about themselves and how to become aware of them and turn them into something self-loving and positive. This is key to self-love, healing, self-empowerment and unlocking those binds that have kept us from being able to be our best versions of ourselves.
I can state from personal experience that what we feed ourselves with food and what we feed ourselves with thoughts can change your life. I also know that fad diets are destructive to our mental and emotional health and they leave you feeling exceptionally low and like we've failed, again. I truly believe that there is another, self-empowering way, and that we don't have to subject ourselves to self-destructive diets. Healing your body is not an overnight act - but an investment of daily positive changes and intentions. If you want long lasting change, health, healing and peace then you must look at dialogue you repeat to yourself on a daily basis.
