EVERY DAY PEOPLE DOING EXTRA ORDINARY THINGS
“May we all live in communities where every persons truest self is both held and free” - Glennon Doyle
The path of transformation and growth is tough. It has many pitfalls and many intense life experiences along the way.
Currently it feels like the world around us is crumbling and we are trying to find our way through the mud.
I know that there are moments of total overwhelm, fear, anxiety and feelings of being lost. It can feel like the ground beneath us is crumbling and we have no strong foundation and no one to show us the way.
There have been many times in my life when I have been on my knees, asking for help and guidance, to be shown the way… and just in time there are people who show up, every day people who have been through the mud and come out the other side.
These folk have alchemised themselves and their lives and turned their pain into their passions.
I call these people expanders - true every day way showers. They expand our view, they bring us hope and they show us that healing is possible. These people live from their hearts and they create positive change in their environments.
It’s my belief that what we need most right now is hope and the tools to navigate these times.
This is why every week I will be interviewing the most inspiring people in our communities and share their journeys of transformation with us.
I hope you will join us and feel as inspired as I have by their journeys of alchemy and liberation.
