WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS​

I bet you’ve got an exciting vision for your life: raise a healthy family, create a job that you adore… you’ve got beautiful dreams but you’ve got to feel good and have enough energy to get out of bed and feel excited!
When we feel like rubbish its so hard to put ourselves forward. All our health conditions hold us back from the life we were meant to live.

We imagine feeling good, waking up rested, and feeling lean, strong and confident but perhaps don’t know how to get there.

We read such conflicting info on everything and can be searching for a program that actually works. Well, you’re in luck!

Here are my top 9 tips for quickly adding in more energy into your life:


  • BE PREPARED. That’s the number 1 top tip. Prepare your own food, get inspired by your menu choices and this means you are less likely going to make choices that don't work in your favour. 
 
  • Drink 1 tall glass of lemon water in the morning and then throughout the day.
 
  • Move your body every single day.
 
  • Increase the diversity of your gut by eating more nutrient dense foods like a smoothie - helps you poo and will give you more energy. Win win.
 
  • Avoid artificial stimulants like mega doses of caffeine, chocolate, sugar, fizzy drinks etc. 
 
  • Cut out as much plastic as possible - especially plastic water bottles. 
 
  • Consider finding natural and non toxic alternatives to household cleaners, beauty products and cooking utensils.
 
  • Reduce the amount of animal produce in your life by at least 25%.
 
  • Increase your fruit and veg portions to at least 10 per day. Consider making one meal purely fruit (and lots of it).

I’m a big fan of making things easy and one of the easiest ways to get nutrient dense food into your life is by adding in a smoothie every day.
