The world at the moment is full of fear, anxiety and stress. We are expected to work longer, harder, smarter and be perfect in every way and yet when we fall short of these judgements and expectations it’s not easy to see ways in which we are supported in our communities.
I have not yet met any person who hasn’t suffered from chronic anxiety and stress at some point in their lives. How we handle that is unique each of us – and some people don’t know what help is out there to support them.
The bottom line is that it’s up to us to change our health. What we sometimes forget is that at every moment we have the power to heal, support and love ourselves.
Remember you have the power to control your stress and anxiety by becoming your own agent of change.
I know there is a wealth of information out there, and sometimes its hard to see what would help and what wouldn’t. So, I turned to my community and sourced some of the best people to give advice, tools and techniques. These tools can help you rise up and take back control. Together we are creating and offering FREE Facebook Live workshops over the next 8 weeks.
I will be interviewing a Chartered Psychologist and EMDR Therapist called Claire; A Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness practitioner called Zoe; A yogi and Meditation teacher called Caroline; A Nutritionist and wellness warrior - me; An expert in natural supplements called John and two very inspiring people called Jonathan and Keziah who’ve turned their lives around using practical and empowering methods.
These Facebook Live Workshops are for those of you who are stressed and anxious and perhaps would like an introduction in to what is available to you out there to help yourselves.
So how it works is I’ve set up an event for each person who is going to be holding a Facebook Live Workshop. The event will tell you what time the workshop will start. Each Facebook Live Workshop will not last more than an hour and you’ll have a chance to ask questions at the end.
