But what I remember most is sneezing my way through the whole night, my nose running like a river and having the worst itchy eyes. I was in serious amounts of discomfort. Of course I wasn’t going to bail on the party of the summer and all my giggling friends so I sucked it up. In the morning I woke up with a black eye. All the vigorous eye rubbing had left its mark and now I had a nice shiner to start the beginning of my love affair with pollen. Since then I have spent every spring and summer with tissues rolled and stuck up my nose, itching eyes, a throat so tickly that I needed use my finger to scratch it. Yes, really! On holiday we would have to drive around with the windows shut so that I didn’t get any pollen up my nose. For those of you who have also suffered from hay fever you know its not a good look! I have tried every single hay fever remedy that I could get my hands on from antihistamines (liquid and pill form), nose sprays, eye drops, balm that you put round your nostrils to (apparently) stop the pollen from going up it, herbal remedies and homeopathic ones too. None of them worked. Then weirdest thing happened this year. My hay fever after 25 years has GONE! Disappeared – vanished into thin air! Why? …because of what I’ve cut out from my diet and what I’ve added in. I now eat tons of fruit and vegetables high in antioxidants and phytonutrients and most importantly I’ve cut out dairy. My dietary changes have made significant differences in many areas of my life but this year most notably is the absence of hay fever. I can now walk my dog without a large pack of tissues, or feel like I need to scratch my eyes out. I can now take large lungfuls of air and enjoy spring! I’m so happy! Many people might ask why they should buy a family camping tent, because there are so many other option for things to do with the family. Some of the other option might be an aquarium, water park, or theme park. These are all great ideas and can be fun, but they aren't usually very relaxing or affordable.

The LED flashlight has certainly revolutionized the world of flashlights in recent years. LED, or light emitting diode bulbs, are so much better than the standard filament type bulbs.
