In September 2001 I was having daily panic attacks.
By the beginning of November my nervous system was fried, I was exhausted and constantly on edge. There were many times I thought I was going mad, or about to die. My heart was pounding all the time and I just couldn’t find any peace within myself I know what its like - some days you feel great, maybe even on top of the world and other days completely debilitated by our inner worlds, thoughts and feelings. I have also always thought I had to do this journey on my own. Our society glorifies independence and yet I know there's no way I could do this journey of life without the people who show up at the right time in the most beautiful way. Over the years I have lots of support, guidance - people who've held my hand along my journey. They've given me clarity, love and a deep feeling of being seen and understood. They've offered me a way through whatever it was that I was going through and gave me the tools to feel hopeful, powerful and self-guided. It has helped me to release feelings of powerlessness too and perhaps this is the biggest effect it's had on me. ESSENCE Of You is a container, safety-net, guiding portal to support you through whatever is coming up for you right now. Through ceremony, visualisation, practical tools and intuitive insight we explore and create clarity. These sessions offer you the most incredible tools, methods and spiritual practices over the last 20 years that have fundamentally and irreversibly changed my life - so much so that I now know that whatever comes my way I can thrive. |
