I want to squeeze as much as life out of this life as possible, live my life with meaning and purpose but I know I get in my own way. That’s why I reached out to my own coach who changed my life. About Me

I have always been interested in people and why we do what we do. At school I studied sociology and psychology. At Uni my degree was in Human Resources specialising in Development. During the 10 years of working in corporate environments I worked in various organisations specialising in personal and organisational development. The focus being on how to help employees and organisations be the best that they can be. After the birth of my son I knew it was time to follow my passion and focus on personal and spiritual growth, offering courses, workshops and mentoring. I have spent over 20 years using the tools, techniques and practices on myself and my clients. My hearts calling is to offer expansive opportunities for healing and growth. Together We Rise. |
