The 90 day experiment that changed me

​October is a special time of year for me. Its often the time where I start new things  - even more so than January the 1st.

3 years ago this week I started a 90 day experiment to see if I really did like yoga! Alcoholics Anonymous say that after 90 days you can change a behaviour pattern for good. This is the amount of time it takes to significantly change your neuropathways.
