I Got A Black Eye From Camping!

​When I was 12 I went camping with some friends and woke up with a black eye.
 
How come?
 
Well, a friend of mine at the time threw a birthday party in her back garden. The idea was that we would party like it was 1992 and then sleep in one big tent all together. Happy days.

​8 twelve year old girls all together all night long. There was so much giggling I’m surprised we even got any sleep!

 
But what I remember most is sneezing my way through the whole night, my nose running like a river and having the worst itchy eyes. I was in serious amounts of discomfort.
Of course I wasn’t going to bail on the party of the summer and all my giggling friends so I sucked it up.
